• Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?
This store is based in Spain and ships worldwide!
• How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders from within Europe usually take 1-2 weeks, while orders from elsewhere can take up to 3-5 weeks to reach their destination.
Your order will be shipped out in 1-3 working days after being placed (unless it contains pre-order items)
• How long will pre-order items take to be shipped?
Pre-orders will ship to you once the manufacturing process is complete and I receive the items, which usually takes around a month. If there's in-stock items in your order, they'll be shipped along with the pre-order ones.
• How can I track my order?
If you chose tracked shipping, you will receive the tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out. You can enter the code in the following sites:

You can switch the language by clicking on "Seleccionar idiomas" ("Inglés" = English)

• I made a mistake when placing my order / placed two or more orders separately / need to change my address...
If you need to make any changes to your order, including combining or cancelling separate orders, you can reach out to me!
• What's the return policy?
Unfortunately, I can't accept returns if the order has been shipped.
Please understand I'm not responsible for the damage or lost of the items during shipping. Choosing tracked shipping is advised as it's more secure and it'll prevent your order from getting lost.
