• Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?
This store is based in Spain and ships worldwide!
• How can I track my order?
If you chose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out. You can enter the code in the following sites:
- 17track (Carrier is "Correos Spain")
• How long will pre-order items take to be shipped?
Pre-orders will ship to you once the manufacturing process is complete and I receive the items, which might take around a month. If there's in-stock items in your order, they'll be shipped along with the pre-order ones.
• How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders from within Europe usually take 1-2 weeks, while orders from elsewhere can take up to 3-5 weeks to reach their destination.
• What's the return policy?
Unfortunately, I can't accept returns if the order has been shipped.
